UltimateLine: automatically add a final line to your quotes, orders and invoices

UltimateLine lets you attach a final line to one or more products/services, automatically calculated (carbon tax, eco-participation fee, fixed charge, discount...) and inserted right after the related product line on your quotes, customer orders and customer invoices.

The service used as the final line is a standard service from Dolibarr's Products/Services module. You define its calculation mode (percentage of the price or fixed amount) and its value, then associate it with as many products or services as needed, directly from the module's interface, with no modification to Dolibarr's native code.

Installation

Installation from the Dolibarr interface

1. Go to Home > Setup > Modules/Applications.
2. Open the Deploy/Install external module tab.
3. Select the module's ZIP archive.
4. Click Send file.
5. Then activate the UltimateLine module.

Manual installation

• Download the module archive as a ZIP from DoliStore.com .
• Place the file in Dolibarr's root directory.
• Unzip the archive with the following command:

unzip module_ultimateline-24.0.x.zip

• Check the README.md file provided with the module.
• Make sure the resulting folder structure is correct: htdocs/custom/ultimateline.
• Go to Home > Setup > Modules/Applications and activate UltimateLine.
• The module requires the Products/Services and Invoice modules to already be enabled.
• Click the module's setup icon to define your first final line service.

Set up your final line service in a few clicks

From the module's setup page, select an existing service from the Products/Services module to turn it into a final line service, choose its calculation mode (percentage or fixed amount) and its value, then confirm.

You can then:

• link this service to one or more target products/services, using a dual list with selection and transfer buttons;
• select or deselect all items in one click;
• remove only the selected associations, without deleting the service;
• completely delete a final line service and all its associations.

• Quotes/Proposals;
• Customer orders;
• Customer invoices.

Usage

Once the module is activated, go to Home > Setup > Modules/Applications > UltimateLine > Setup to define your first final line service, then link it to the relevant products or services. The final line will then be added automatically whenever one of these products is used on a quote, order or invoice.
